By accessing, browsing and using our Website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted, without reserve, these Terms of Use, as modified from time to time by us.

If we decide to modify our Terms of Use, we will post a new dated version on our Website. Therefore, we invite you to consult these Terms of Use from time to time in order to familiarise yourself with any changes.

ACTIVATING COLLECTIVE AND SUSTAINABLE CHANGE

We are constantly living in a state of emergency. Whether it is extinguishing wildfires, providing support in heavy floods, or putting sanctions to maintain a dialogue in moments of crisis and wars. One thing is certain: We cannot continue the way we are doing things. 

So let’s get together and drive change moving towards A NEW WORLD. The interactive map is a powerful and evergrowing database of impactful businesses and people who are initiating change already. This platform connects you with numerous people who anticipate a sustainable movement already. 

a. To become part of our „Neue Welt“ database and in order to have your project presented on our website, you first have to fill in your information in our data questionnaire. We will then start an application procedure and check if your project fits to our idea of the website and database. We reserve the right to decide which projects comply with our vision and will be published on our website. If we come to the conclusion that your project does not comply, we will of course inform you and your personal data will not be published neither given to any third parties. 

b. As stated in the data protection information above (1.), after having decided to take your project to our website, your information provided to us will be published on our website. By filling out the questionnaire on our website, you agree to these regulations by activating a box. 

c. You may download, display or print the content of our Website solely for personal, non-commercial use, thereby retaining and reproducing each and every copyright notice or other proprietary rights notice contained in any information or other material you download. It is strictly prohibited to use the content of this Website and the image of The DO in a way The DO could be associated to pornographic, violent or illegal activities or content, to political, religious or governmental activities or content. You agree to stop using the content of this Website and the image of the DO upon first demand.

a. The Terms of Use, as well as all relations between the DO and yourself shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany

b. Place of performance is Berlin, Germany. In case of dispute, you accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Berlin, Germany.
