As the one in charge for data processing, The DO GmbH has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. However, Internet-based data transmissions can always be vulnerable to security risks, so that absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transmit personal data to us by alternative means, for example by telephone or by mail.

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. The website collects a series of general data and information with each call of the website. This general data and information are stored in the log files of the server. The following data can be collected

e. Further data processing for the purpose of analysis and advertising

We use analysis and statistics tools to design our website in a needs-oriented and targeted manner. The corresponding data collection and processing also takes place in order to be able to address our site visitors with interest-related advertising. For this purpose, we use the services of Google Analytics. The corresponding data collection and processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO from our predominantly legitimate interest. 

You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to this processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO with effect for the future. Furthermore, we will show you ways to prevent cookies from being set on your information technology system.

Google Analytics (with anonymization function)

We have integrated the Google Analytics component (with anonymization function) on this website. The data obtained from this is used to optimize our website and advertising measures.

This data is transferred to a Google server in the USA. Google observes the data protection provisions of the “EU-US Privacy Shield” agreement.

Google Analytics stores cookies on your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID, with which you can be recognized on future website visits.

The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which enables the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. This user-related data is automatically deleted after 26 months. Other data remains stored in aggregated form indefinitely.

If you do not agree with the collection of data, you can prevent it by installing the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics.
